Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 3:00 PM AEST will be processed the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Due to the diverse sizes and weights of our products, each item will be processed based on its dimensions and the destination country.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship domestic (Australia) and international (most countries). International and domestic shipping times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the item and the destination. Any additional fees, such as customs duties for international orders, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. Some products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to local regulations or carrier limitations.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost or missing, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original conditions.
